The Capital Region Junior Hockey League is a Junior B hockey league in Manitoba, sanctioned by Hockey Manitoba. The league provides an opportunity for players 16-21 years old to play competitive hockey, while still allowing them to attend school or work.
The league consists of five teams all within a certain radius of Winnipeg. The five teams include the Arborg Ice Dawgs, Lundar Falcons, North Winnipeg Satelites, Selkirk Fishermen and St. Malo Warriors.
The teams play a 32 game schedule from October to February and compete for the league championship.
All teams will make the playoffs, with the 4th and 5th place teams playing a survivor series.
The winner of the Survivor Series will go on to play the 1st place team, with 2nd playing the 3rd place team and the winners of the two semi-final series facing off in the League Championship.
